The cigar got its name from the general that freed South America from the Spanish. The Rocha Bolivar is famous for producing the world’s smallest cigar known as the Delgado. The Delgado measured a mere 1 7/8 inches by 20 ring gauge. The royal nursery’s Dollhouse at Windsor Castle showcased a complete box of Bolívar Delgado cigars.
