Description
The Plasencia Cosecha 151 San Diego Corona Gorda is part of the celebrated 151st harvest series, created to honour over a century and a half of continuous tobacco cultivation by the Plasencia family. This release is built entirely from Honduran tobaccos harvested in 2016, showcasing a single-origin expression of Plasencia’s agricultural expertise and heritage-driven craftsmanship.
Expertly handcrafted in Honduras, this 5¾ x 46 Corona Gorda vitola delivers a more concentrated interpretation of the Cosecha 151 blend. The Honduran wrapper, binder and filler tobaccos are carefully aged to highlight the natural richness and depth of the harvest, resulting in a cigar that is both structured and refined.
Medium-bodied, the San Diego opens with toasted cedar, roasted nuts and subtle earth before evolving into layers of cocoa, baking spice and gentle coffee sweetness. The slimmer ring gauge intensifies flavour delivery, creating a more focused and linear smoking experience compared to the larger formats in the series.
Balanced, elegant and deeply expressive of its terroir, this vitola showcases the precision and consistency of Plasencia’s long-standing tobacco tradition.
This product is sold in singles.
