Description

The same Club 500 blend, held back and aged for five years before release. Time in the ageing room does what it always does to a full blend: the pepper softens, the tannins settle, and the sweetness that sits behind the cocoa comes forward.

Expect a gentler opening than the standard Club 500, with aged cedar, dried fruit and a creamier texture. The strength is still there in the last third, but it arrives without the sharp edges.

Medium to full, and the version to reach for if you find the standard Club 500 a touch aggressive.
