Richard Orlinski’s work is built on faceted surfaces, and that language transfers directly onto the Ligne 2 body: sharp planes cut across vivid red lacquer, framed in yellow gold, so the lighter catches light from every angle instead of reading as a flat block of colour.

Underneath the art it remains a full Ligne 2 — brass body, hand-finished in Faverges, with the soft wide flame that cigar smokers prefer for toasting and the unmistakable ‘cling’ when the cap opens. Fully serviceable and refillable with S.T. Dupont blue gas.
