Description
The straightforward expression of Dona Flor’s Mata Fina blend, without the concentration of the pirâmide head. That makes it the easier of the two to smoke and the better one for getting to know the leaf.
Earth and cocoa dominate, with the characteristic Brazilian sweet-sour note running underneath and a light spice appearing in the last third. The wrapper is dark and slightly toothy.
Medium-bodied, hand-rolled in Bahia. A good afternoon cigar and a genuine change of pace from the Nicaraguan and Dominican shelves.
Sold as a single cigar.
